OTAP1113 : Fieldwork Level I Clinical C

This course advances prior Level I fieldwork learning by integrating foundational and population-specific occupational therapy concepts within adult practice contexts. Paired with adult practice coursework, students build upon previous Level I experiences to deepen their understanding of occupational performance, roles, and service delivery across adult settings. Structured Level I fieldwork is delivered through instructional methods, including virtual and simulated environments, standardized patients, faculty-led experiences, and/or supervised practice activities, to ensure that all students meet shared learning objectives. Emphasis is placed on synthesizing learning from earlier Level I experiences, strengthening professional behaviors, and preparing students for the expectations and structure of subsequent fieldwork experiences.
