OTAP1351 : Clinical Conditions II

This course builds upon Clinical Conditions I with continued examination of the effects of physical, developmental, and mental health conditions, including heritable and genetic conditions, disabilities, disease processes, and traumatic injury, on occupational performance. Emphasis is placed on understanding occupational disruption within the cultural context of individuals, families, and society. Students apply professional reasoning to interpret functional limitations and explore occupation based strategies that support participation within the occupational therapy process.
